Elizabeth “Liz” Krupka is an email marketing expert and the founder of Nomadd Marketing, a digital agency that delivers strategic marketing solutions to businesses. With a strong foundation in retention marketing, a human-centered approach, and a focus on adaptable partnerships, she leads Nomadd in redefining how brands connect through email and SMS. Liz is driven by a belief that marketing should be an authentic extension of a brand’s voice, more than just a channel, and she’s dedicated to helping businesses build lasting customer relationships rooted in trust. Beyond her work with Nomadd, she uses her expertise and passion for ethical marketing to contribute to a more values-driven, authentic, and intentional marketing industry.
Liz founded Nomadd Marketing in 2016, drawing on her deep experience in digital marketing and retention strategy. Since then, she has built a small but skilled team that supports clients with email and SMS strategies. The agency has increased customer engagement by 70%, has an overall deliverability of 99.7%, and as of 2023 has an email revenue of $150M. Nomadd’s strengths include email template design and implementation, on-demand campaign execution, and flow strategy. With a growing international client base, Nomadd also offers multilingual support in languages such as Spanish, Ukrainian, Filipino, and Russian. Liz’s approach emphasizes adaptability and collaboration, with a focus on delivering practical, tailored solutions that meet each client’s specific goals.
Prior to founding Nomadd Marketing, Liz served as the Global Digital Marketing Manager for Revionics, an organization that provides enterprise retailers around the world with leading science-based solutions for pricing, promotions and markdowns. In this role, she owned the strategy of digital marketing and content calendars, co-managed a website overhaul project and created campaigns that directly created a 27% increase in revenue. She also served as the Digital Marketing Manager for Workfront, a work management solution that was later acquired by Adobe.
In addition to her work at Nomadd, she serves on the board of advisors for Redo, a platform dedicated to transforming the post-purchase experience for e-commerce brands. In this role, she brings her deep expertise in customer retention and lifecycle marketing to help shape Redo’s strategic direction. Her presence on the board reflects her broader commitment to driving ethical, customer-focused innovation within the e-commerce industry.
Liz has earned multiple recognitions for her innovative work in eCommerce marketing. She was awarded the 2025 Okendo Award for Best Referrals Implementation, highlighting her excellence in creating high-performing referral programs. In 2024, she was named a Founder Honoree in Yotpo’s Amazing Women in eCommerce Awards, celebrating her leadership and impact in the digital marketing space. Liz has also been featured on the Retention Chronicles Podcast, where she shared expert insights on email and SMS marketing strategies tailored for eCommerce brands. Under her leadership, Nomadd has achieved Platinum and Gold Strategic Partner status with platforms like Attentive and PostPilot, reinforcing the agency’s credibility and her reputation as a trusted voice in customer retention and growth marketing.
